As part of a development appraisal, Woldon were appointed to explore the scope to convert this tired 1970s office building to residential use. A sustainable design was developed around retaining the existing structural frame and core locations.
Designing from the existing floor slabs, Woldon’s proposal extends the footprint to create large winter gardens and balconies for all the units. The car park is reorganized to create space for an additional residential building and landscaping.
