Rural Workspace

Woldon is delighted to have obtained Planning consent from Cotswold District Council for the creation of contemporary rural workspace beside Grade I registered Cirencester Park. The scheme involves the conversion of an historic stone mill building into 6,000 sqft of contemporary office and estate facilities.

With their experience of designing contemporary rural workspaces and working with historic buildings in the Local Planning Authority, Woldon were approached to find a solution for this large redundant farm building. Consent was obtained via delegated powers following a constructive enquiry for pre-application advice.

A design was developed to reflect the character of the estate in which it is situated. Working within the constraints of the existing external envelope, a layout has been achieved which will provide a modern and flexible space which can accommodate future change whilst supporting the estate brand.
