Rural Diversification

Many of our clients maintain rural landholdings which traditionally involved farming, forestry and residential properties. These communities, their integral rural way of life, have seen immense changes in past decades. Woldon recognises the responsibility in taking on such projects, as well as the possibilities that can come with change.

We help identify and realise opportunities that can revive communities and provide financial sustainability to landholdings. We work intimately with our clients to understand their particular ethos and vision, as they seek to diversify into new revenue streams through investment and trading.

Woldon partners with diverse sectors to help deliver project visions. They include hospitality (event venues and serviced accommodation), the arts (theatres and artist studios), retail (plant centres, farm shops), workspace (offices, studios, workshops, artisan food production), and renewable energy (hydro-electric, biomass).

Ours is an intuitive, imaginative and inventive approach to re-purposing often defunct holdings in a manner that enhances heritage, landscape and biodiversity whilst creating significant sustainable value.
