Woldon offers a fully integrated interior design service on all our projects, whether commercial, hospitality or private homes. Our tailored solutions are specific to the client brief and budget. Stage 1 - Consultation Stage

An initial meeting will be taken either in our studio or on site, to discuss your design aspirations, focusing on the exchange of ideas, needs, scope of services and a discussion on budget and timeline. Our Interior Designer will explain the roles of the design team and how a project is conducted in house. Following the meeting, once the Interior Designer has a strong idea of your design aspirations, we will present a visual of one room, to portray the initial thoughts. We design with the human approach first, so we will work to ascertain how the space can work for your needs. This is an exciting first stage, where we begin to draw upon your vision and work to create an space will creativity, quality and integrity.

Stage 2 - Brief & Concept Planning

The key to the success of any project is ensuring that the interiors are an authentic reflection of our client’s requirements and aspirations. During the briefing stage we take the time to learn about how the client wishes to use the property, their personal style, lifestyle and aspirations. Once the scope has been agreed, the team will present the concept designs, consisting of floor plans, illustrating the proposed furniture layouts & any structural changes that may be required.

Mood board presentations for samples, for all proposed finishes, as well as imagery of suggested furniture and joinery concepts, will also be delivered. This is an exciting stage in the project, as we being to create the look and feel of the room, and the vision beings to come to fruition.

Our expert product knowledge and relationships with suppliers, allows for the team to present stunning pieces at competitive prices. It is with our expertise in product knowledge and space planning visionary, where we will begin to create an understanding of the projects full potential. This is a very collaborative stage and we invite our clients to give as much feedback as possible.

Stage 3 - Detail & Specification

Having approved all of the concept designs we progress to the design development and detail design stage. All final interior architecture drawings will be presented, along with the furniture, upholstery, accessories and lighting for clients to approve.

At this stage we will also present a fully itemised breakdown of costs in line with the agreed budget. This will be presented as a detailed specification, which is broken down by room sets, in line with the budgets agreed. This is the time where final amendments can be made and our team will provide a full procurement service, to ensure the client receives a great range of product options.

Stage 4 - Procurement & Realisation

Once the schedule of works has been agreed, we will begin the purchasing process. This will involve management of all procurement logistics, with the timelines agreed and all orders will be placed.

With all on-site requirements met, works will commence and our project coordinators and designers will attend regular site meetings to ensure our designs are being carried out to their exact specifications and that the project is progressing as planned.

Stage 5 - Instillation & Delivery

In this final stage, we will arrange all logistics surrounding delivery and instillation. We will require access to the property to arrange delivery accordingly. We will keep the client updated throughout as well as oversee the quality control and snagging during the snagging period, allowing our client to enjoy their property with peace of mind.

A full styling service will implemented, to ensure your home is complete and ready to be handed over for you to enjoy.
